Return and Refund Policy

At LAMONTE NENGNONG, we are committed to delivering high-quality wooden products crafted with care and precision. Each product is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to assist you with a return or refund as per the policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged during transit
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition with all original packaging and accessories intact.


2. Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 3–7 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or installation
  • Customized or made-to-order wooden products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products purchased during clearance sale or special promotions


4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment


5. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or incorrect products, customers may opt for:

  • A replacement product (subject to availability), or
  • A full refund


6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).


7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
